MEET THE FOUNDER – THE INNERG HEALTHER
Tanika Barber, known in the wellness world as The InnerG Healer, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, holistic wellness practitioner, and the heart behind Let’s Heal Sis.
She’s passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces for Black and Brown women to heal, grow, and bloom—beyond therapy and into soul care.

Is the deposit refundable?No, the deposit is non-refundable. Once your spot is secured, the deposit ensures your reservation is held.

When is the final payment due?Final payment is required 60 days before departure. This gives us time to finalize all details and ensure your experience is seamless.

Are flights included in the retreat cost?Flights are not included. However, we’re happy to assist you with coordinating travel arrangements.

What does the all-inclusive package cover?Your package includes accommodations, meals, beverages, airport transfers, resort amenities, and curated wellness activities. Please note: personal expenses, spa treatments, and optional excursions are not included.

Can I attend solo?Absolutely! Many of our guests come alone and leave with lasting connections. It’s a beautiful way to meet like-minded individuals.

What should I bring?Pack comfortable clothes, a bathing suit, a yoga mat (optional), and a journal for reflection. Most importantly, bring an open heart.
